Margherita® Prosciutto, Genoa Salami and Gorgonzola Figs

Ingredients

8   slices Margherita® prosciutto
4   slices Margherita® Genoa salami
4   black mission figs
4   ounces sweet gorgonzola cheese
for garnish   Flat Leaf Parsley


Directions

1.  

Fold and arrange 2 slices of Margherita® prosciutto and 1 slice of Margherita® salami on each serving plate in a circular shape.

2.  

Cross cut the figs half way down from the top and place on center of salami with a little gorgonzola cheese next to each fig.

3.  

Cup each slice of salami around the fig and gorgonzola cheese.
