Ingredients
| 8 | slices Margherita® prosciutto | |
| 4 | slices Margherita® Genoa salami | |
| 4 | black mission figs | |
| 4 | ounces sweet gorgonzola cheese | |
| for garnish | Flat Leaf Parsley |
Directions
| 1. |
Fold and arrange 2 slices of Margherita® prosciutto and 1 slice of Margherita® salami on each serving plate in a circular shape. |

Cross cut the figs half way down from the top and place on center of salami with a little gorgonzola cheese next to each fig. |

Cup each slice of salami around the fig and gorgonzola cheese. |
